Responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct and indirect speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 60 students, supporting their communication, language, and academic needs
- Conducting assessments, reporting results, and contributing to individual educational plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborating and consulting with a virtual SLP partner to ensure seamless student support
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student goals
- Offering resources and guidance for classroom teachers and families to encourage student progress beyond therapy sessions
- Maintaining thorough documentation, progress notes, and compliance with all school policies and state regulations
- Participating in IEP meetings and professional development activities during the academic year
Desired qualifications:
- Active or eligibility for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
