Step into a meaningful contract position as a full-time Speech Language Pathologist working on-site in a supportive school setting. This opportunity runs for the 2026-2027 school year, with hours from 7:45 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.
You’ll work directly with a caseload of 60 students in Pre-K through 5th grade, helping to assess, diagnose, and provide interventions that foster improved communication skills and academic success. As a valued member of the school’s related services team, you will also collaborate with a virtual SLP to ensure comprehensive support for all students.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure and required certifications (CCC or eligibility for CFY)
- Previous experience in a school environment is preferred, but strong clinical fellows are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Commitment to effective collaboration with educators, families, and support staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services tailored to individual student needs
- Conduct assessments and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Develop and implement IEP goals in consultation with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely and accurate records and progress notes
- Communicate progress with families, teachers, and staff, fostering a team-based approach to student development
- Partner with a remote SLP for case management and intervention planning
