Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Warren, Michigan

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- Active state licensure, or eligibility to obtain
- Strong knowledge of pediatric and school-based speech-language evaluation and intervention
- Experience with teletherapy platforms highly valued
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills
- Enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations and collaborating with educators and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized IEPs and therapy plans
- Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, in person or via teletherapy, as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance with school district requirements
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress
- Contribute actively to IEP meetings and school-based multidisciplinary teams
- Stay informed about best practices and new developments in the field
