Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- SLP-CCC or eligible CFY status
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations

- Commitment to personalized, inclusive educational support
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Teletherapy experience a plus, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and deliver therapy for students with speech/language disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other professionals
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions for optimal student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical practices
- Provide support and training for staff, as needed
