Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Adairsville, Georgia

Your background in providing speech and language services to children, whether you are an experienced SLP-CCC or a motivated Clinical Fellow (CFY), will help ensure students receive the support they need to thrive academically and socially. With a consistent 37.5-hour weekly schedule, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful connections and see the long-term impact of your work.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred or strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a pediatric, school-based, or healthcare setting highly valued
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy for 1st-3rd grade students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Maintain accurate and timely student records while collaborating with teachers, parents, and professionals
- Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions to support educational outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to the educational team
