Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Eligible for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology for the 26/27 school year
- Previous experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Passion for working with children, especially in school environments
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in 1st–3rd grades, addressing a variety of communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, interventions, and supports
- Conduct assessments, create progress notes, and participate in the IEP process
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to drive positive outcomes for each student
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all compliance and ethical standards
This contract role is full-time, with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week throughout the school year. The school setting provides ample opportunity to hone your skills, build lasting relationships with your students, and contribute to a positive learning environment.
