What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP-CCC or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience in pediatric or school-based speech therapy
- Solid understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring
- Comfort working with diverse student populations in a collaborative setting
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in 1st-3rd grades, both in individual and group settings
- Evaluate, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Facilitate IEP meetings and effectively communicate progress to teachers and families
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress
- Support and educate school personnel on strategies to promote student success inside and outside the classroom
