Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure required
- ASHA Certification (CF or CCC’s)
- Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals and needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain ongoing documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and state requirements
- Provide expert guidance, support, and education to school personnel and caregivers regarding speech and language development
