School Speech Language Pathologist - Waipahu, HI

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure for practice as an SLP in Hawaii
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in providing speech-language services within a K-12 school population
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized care
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments for students across elementary, middle, and high schools
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on student IEPs and specific educational needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations
- Offer support, resources, and education to families and school staff regarding students’ speech-language development
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
