Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active state licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student progress
- Track outcomes, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide direct therapy and consultation as needed within the school environment
