School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Kaneohe, Hawaii

Ideal applicants will possess a strong foundation in speech-language pathology and demonstrate a passion for working in school environments. CCCs are preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) will also be considered, providing an excellent pathway for those newer to the profession to develop under expert supervision.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending state-specific licensure as required for school-based SLPs
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students in educational settings
- Solid understanding of IEP procedures and documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and group, in alignment with each student’s IEP
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation of services and outcomes
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development
