What You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state-specific licensure (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in school-based environments is valued
- Passion for collaborating with educators and families to foster student success
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Your Impactful Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain compliant documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and staff to support language, articulation, social communication, voice, and fluency goals
- Track and report student progress, tailoring interventions to individual needs
- Engage with families and caregivers, providing resources and updates
- Adhere to district policies and state requirements to ensure the highest standard of care
