Desired Qualifications:
- Active state-specific Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) also encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
- Excellent collaboration, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Monitor student progress, document services, and maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Provide direct and consultative services, adapting interventions to meet diverse student needs
- Engage in team meetings and professional development activities as required
