Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active California SLP license or eligibility for license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Experience with K-12 populations in school settings is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to provide onsite support and collaborate with educators, families, and school teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy to students with varied speech and language needs across K-12
- Maintain thorough documentation and track student progress to inform ongoing interventions
- Collaborate closely with general and special education teachers, counselors, and other school staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise towards student-centered solutions
- Provide guidance and resources to families and teachers to support carryover of skills
