Key Qualifications and Experience:

- Active California SLP license or eligibility for licensure

- Previous school-based SLP experience or strong interest in working within the school system
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt services to individual student needs

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and school-based interventions
