School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Anaheim, California

Multiple positions are available for the 2026-2027 academic year, where you’ll play an integral role in fostering strong communication skills in students. Collaborate with educators and families in an inclusive environment while working a consistent schedule of 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM, totaling 35 hours each week.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Previous experience in schools or with a pediatric population preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students, delivering both direct and consultative services
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ethical standards
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs, documenting progress and goal achievement
- Collaborate closely with teachers, IEP teams, and families for holistic student support
- Deliver engaging interventions, adjusting plans as needed to fit a diverse range of learning needs
- Maintain accurate records, adhering to school and regulatory protocols
- Participate in professional development and team meetings
