Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) appropriate for school-based practice
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in school settings is highly valued
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities with staff, students, and families
- Dedication to evidence-based practice for supporting speech and language development
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, direct therapy, and progress monitoring tailored to individual student IEPs
- Develop and implement effective, personalized treatment plans to support students’ communication goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster supportive educational environments
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services, compliance, and student progress
- Contribute professional insights during IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
