Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility)
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- Experience working in elementary school settings highly valued
- Proficiency with conducting speech/language assessments and IEP documentation
- Aptitude for engaging students and collaborating with educational teams
- Comfortable with on-site or remote/virtual caseload management
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech/language services to elementary students
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Maintain thorough, accurate records in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and student progress discussions
