Desired Experience and Credentials:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure, or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience or strong interest working with elementary-aged students in a school-based setting
  • Knowledgeable in IEP processes, progress monitoring, and collaboration with educators and families
  • Ability to provide both virtual and in-person services as needed
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary caseload
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ unique needs
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, counselors, and families to promote student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions, adjusting methods for remote or onsite environments as appropriate
