Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to determine students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans adhering to IEPs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions to help students build essential communication skills
- Track student progress, maintain clear documentation, and report results to stakeholders
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student development
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer recommendations to optimize student outcomes
