Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Experience or interest in working with elementary school students
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery (for remote applicants)
- Familiarity with IEP process and documentation in educational settings is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to an elementary caseload, both in-person and virtually, as needed
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain compliance with school-based documentation requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning
- Track student progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
