Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in University Place, WA

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in the state
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, especially within school settings
- Skilled in teletherapy platforms and in-person therapy
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and document progress effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP objectives
- Deliver therapy via in-person and virtual/remote platforms as needed
- Maintain timely documentation and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and school staff to integrate communication goals within academic activities
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to care planning
