Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA CCC preferred)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for practicing as a speech-language pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
- Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized treatment plans
- Clinical fellowship year (CFY) candidates will be considered
- Previous teletherapy experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s unique needs
- Provide direct therapy services in both traditional and teletherapy formats
- Consult and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress reports in line with state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
