Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state license in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP preferred, CFY considered)
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings
- Proficiency in delivering speech services via teletherapy platforms, as well as in-person
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse student needs
- Dedication to evidence-based practice and continuous professional growth
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions both onsite and through virtual teletherapy platforms
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, family conferences, and professional development activities
- Provide guidance to teachers and caregivers to generalize strategies across settings
- Support clinical fellowship year (CFY) candidates, if qualified
