Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC), or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Licensure (or ability to obtain licensure) in Washington State as an SLP
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and delivering remote services is a plus
- Commitment to individualized and culturally responsive care for diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
- Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a supportive, inclusive educational environment
