Desired Qualifications:
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Background working with pediatric and school-based populations
- Experience handling mild to severe K-12 caseloads
- Solid communication and documentation skills
- Ability to thrive independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a K-12 setting
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input to educational staff
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and nurturing educational environment
