School Based Speech Language Pathologist in Salem, OR
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support an early childhood caseload for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time role focuses on working with children ages 3–5, helping them develop essential communication skills that support early learning and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to children ages 3–5 in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, early childhood staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation, service logs, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Oregon
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with early childhood or preschool populations strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
