Desired Qualifications:
- SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA licensure
- Experience with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices (teletherapy candidates welcome)
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education protocols
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech and language disorders
- Team player with excellent communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapy sessions, and monitor progress
- Document student performance and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to achieve student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
- Provide teletherapy services when applicable, ensuring high engagement and efficacy
- Mentor and support clinical fellows (CFYs) if qualified
