Qualifications:
- Active Oregon SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcome
- Relevant experience with birth-to-3, early intervention, or similar pediatric populations preferred
- Strong family-centered approach and excellent team collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations and therapy for infants and toddlers, birth to age three
- Support families and multidisciplinary teams in developing and implementing IFSP goals
- Utilize both in-person and teletherapy models as appropriate
- Document progress and maintain clear, timely records
