Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Silverton, Oregon

Multiple full-time opportunities are available for professionals eager to partner with early intervention teams and deliver high-quality services to children from birth through age 3. You'll play an essential role in empowering families, guiding IFSP teams, and shaping early developmental milestones.
Key Qualifications:
- Current or eligible Oregon SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; open to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP roles; specialty in early intervention highly valued
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a strong family-centered approach
- Comfortable providing services in-person or via teletherapy
- Experience as an SLPA in schools or healthcare settings is a plus
What You’ll Do:
- Complete comprehensive speech-language evaluations for infants and toddlers
- Develop and implement therapy plans as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Collaborate with families, educators, and service coordinators to support each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services—both in-person and virtually
- Maintain timely documentation and support transition planning for children aging out of early intervention
