Speech Pathology - Salem, OR

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of a recognized SLPA program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP, CFY, or SLPA
- School-based SLP or SLPA experience beneficial; strong new graduates and CFYs welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms (for remote assignments), including delivering services and documenting progress digitally
- Compassion, adaptability, and a commitment to student-centered care
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and educational teams to maximize student outcomes
- Adapt intervention techniques to both in-person and teletherapy environments, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and related school activities
- Support positive and inclusive learning environments while serving as a resource for staff and families
