In this role, you’ll work closely with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs). Your expertise will empower students to overcome speech, language, and communication challenges and thrive in their academic environment.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working in school settings with diverse student populations
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with IEP processes and documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Complete assessments and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ progress
  • Monitor, track, and report on student outcomes and maintain IEP compliance
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development opportunities
  • Foster a nurturing, inclusive environment that encourages student growth
