School Speech Language Pathologist - Tucson, AZ

Position Details:
- Contract duration: July 28, 2026 – May 20, 2027
- Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week
- Single-building assignment for continuity and collaboration
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP state licensure (or eligibility for licensure in Arizona)
- CCCs welcomed; Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates are also encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Strong organizational abilities and a heart for elementary-aged learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in grades K-5, both individually and in groups
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document student progress
- Collaborate with other educational professionals to plan and implement interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families about student needs and achievements
- Create a positive, encouraging environment that celebrates every step of student growth
