Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active or eligible SLP license for Arizona
- Accepting both ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Experience in schools appreciated, especially working with middle or high school-aged students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver individualized or small group speech and language therapy for students in grades 6-12
- Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and families to support student success
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records as required by state and district standards
- Contribute expertise to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning as an integral member of the educational team
- Support students with a range of communication challenges, including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
