Speech Language Pathologist in Rillito, AZ

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience working with school-aged youth, ideally in middle or high school settings
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and deliver tailored therapy plans to help students reach their IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and federal requirements
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to maximize student progress
- Provide ongoing support for students as they develop critical communication and language skills
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expert insights
- Adapt interventions based on student response and educational objectives
