We’re seeking two motivated SLPs to support students in a single, welcoming school building near the picturesque Mount Lemmon area. This rewarding contract opportunity runs from July 28, 2026, to May 20, 2027, with a manageable caseload and an energized, collaborative team ready to help you thrive.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current or eligible certification as an SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
- Arizona state licensure (or be willing to obtain it prior to the start date)
- Experience supporting elementary-aged children preferred (clinical fellows are encouraged to apply)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and staff
- Familiarity with IEP process, progress monitoring, and educational documentation
Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging, evidence-based speech and language services for a caseload of approximately 59 elementary students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for speech/language needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
- Contribute to IEP meetings, progress tracking, and data-driven goal setting
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Deliver services in both individual and small-group settings within a single school building
