School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Troy, New York

Desired Qualifications:
- Active New York SLP license or eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Relevant school-based experience welcomed, with a strong grasp of best practices for working with preschoolers
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Dedication to supporting children’s growth in a diverse, nurturing environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs through formal and informal assessments
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each student’s unique goals
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to student progress
- Maintain up-to-date records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the student support team
