Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Pediatric experience with K–12 students, including early childhood and elementary populations
- Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapeutic interventions tailored to various ability levels
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and deliver speech-language therapy to K–12 students with varying communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each student’s goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, maintain progress reports, and provide input on educational programming
- Support teachers and staff with strategies to enhance classroom communication
- Engage with families to foster continuity of care
