School Speech Language Pathologist - Triangle, VA

Specific campus assignments will be determined closer to your start date, but you can look forward to serving a dedicated community and working collaboratively with fellow educators and therapists.
Qualifications:
- Active and valid Virginia SLP license required
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language pathology preferred
- Ability to provide in-person and virtual services as part of a hybrid model
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Must complete a VA Department of Social Services check promptly
- TB test required before beginning assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students on campus three days a week
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions, meetings, and documentation from home two days a week
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families
- Maintain compliance with all district and state policies as well as thorough record-keeping
