- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, supporting students of all backgrounds
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based therapy
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and support staff to create supportive classroom strategies
- Support families through education, progress updates, and guidance on carryover strategies at home
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight on student progress and recommendations
- Adapt intervention techniques to meet the unique needs of each child
- Stay informed about best practices and advances in pediatric speech-language pathology
