Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Toledo, OH

You’ll work alongside a compassionate team and have access to mentorship if you are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), as the staff includes an experienced SLP supervisor.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible for SLP-CCC or CFY status
- Ohio state SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with school-aged children, particularly grades K-7
- Comfortable working in self-contained classroom settings
- Exposure to or interest in AAC device implementation; specific AAC device experience strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop IEP-driven communication goals
- Deliver speech-language therapy tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support effective interventions
- Document progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Facilitate expressive and receptive language development, including through AAC devices
- Participate in IEP meetings and student support initiatives
