Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Perrysburg, Ohio

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or CFY status
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
- Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to K-7 students in a self-contained classroom
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' unique communication needs
- Conduct assessments and document progress toward goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
- Assist with AAC device recommendations, programming, and training as appropriate
- Participate in meetings and support IEP development
