Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - De Graff, Ohio

Desired Credentials & Experience:
- Active Ohio SLP license (required)
- Background in schools, including SLP-CFY, SLP-CCC roles, or pediatric settings
- Ability to quickly adapt to varied caseloads as details evolve
- Willingness to work in a part-time position with flexibility regarding potential for additional hours
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Positive, student-focused attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a K-12 school environment
- Provide both direct therapy and indirect support in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize services
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state and district regulations
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing caseload reviews
