Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Ohio SLP license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and provide individualized therapy
- Collaborate with educators and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliant records
- Support compensatory and make-up services as needed
- Engage proactively with staff meetings and student support initiatives
