You’ll play a key role in enhancing communication skills for a diverse pediatric caseload, working collaboratively with educators and families. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Ohio SLP license required (or eligibility to obtain)
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and experienced SLP-CCCs are both encouraged to apply
- Experience or interest in working within pediatric and school-based settings
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech-language therapy services for students across various grade levels
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans to address speech, language, and communication needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports, adhering to school and state guidelines
- Engage with families and educators to support student development and carryover of skills
