Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Chicopee, MA

Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Disorders
- Hold (or in progress) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or actively completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Eligible for state licensure as an SLP
- Familiar with IEP process, progress monitoring, and data-driven therapy
- Flexible with a passion for working collaboratively with educators, families, and students
- Confident in both onsite therapy and teletherapy best practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted speech and language therapy for students based on IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and caregivers to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and motivating environment for all learners
