Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Easthampton, MA

Ideal candidates possess:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state license and active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings (teletherapy and onsite backgrounds welcome)
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and treatment skills tailored to K-12 students
- Effective collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Comfort adapting to either onsite or virtual service delivery
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
- Developing and implementing individualized IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals
- Providing direct therapy and support, adjusting methods to meet diverse student needs
- Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
- Coordinating with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Participating in meetings as a valued team consultant and advocate for students
