Key Experience and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible for Massachusetts SLP licensure
- Holds SLP-CCC, currently completing CFY, or eligible for either
- Previous experience in elementary school settings is highly valued
- Background in developing and implementing IEPs for diverse student populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to PreK through 5th grade students on-site
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to foster student growth
- Participate in meetings, consultations, and professional development as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of all therapy sessions, progress, and assessments
