Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Massachusetts
- Experience providing services in a school setting or with a pediatric population
- Comfortable delivering both in-person and teletherapy services
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
- Commitment to supporting students’ educational and communication goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and individualized treatment for students on your caseload
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with teachers, families, and school support staff
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
- Deliver therapy services through a combination of onsite or teletherapy platforms according to assignment
