Work Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week, 40 hours weekly
Student Caseload: Approximately 55 students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy services tailored to the individual needs of students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly to promote language development and communication skills.
- Participate in team meetings and provide guidance on speech-language objectives within educational settings.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies and state requirements.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLP-School).
- Experience working with preschool to middle school-aged children in an educational environment.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and evidence-based intervention techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
