Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Tenino, Washington

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active SLP CA credentials required
- Holds or eligible for CCC-SLP or actively completing CFY
- Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, preferably in schools
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies for diverse student populations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Compassion, adaptability, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with a variety of speech and language needs
- Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams to support student success
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
- Engage in professional development activities and utilize mentorship resources as needed
