School-Based Speech Teletherapy | Georgia
A contract role is available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists with expertise in telespeech and teletherapy services supporting elementary, middle, and high school students. This position is based in Suwanee, GA, with opportunities to serve schools in nearby communities including Decatur, Athens, Alpharetta, Norcross, and more.
Responsibilities include delivering specialized speech therapy services across pediatric and school settings. Focus will be on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders among students. The role emphasizes collaboration with other SLPs and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants within the school system to ensure comprehensive support for students’ communication needs. Billing Medicaid is not required.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Certification with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in school-based settings or pediatric healthcare environments
- Training and comfort providing teletherapy and telespeech services
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
This opportunity offers a full 40-hour work week, but part-time candidates will be considered as well. The location benefits from being just 20 minutes north of Atlanta and 20 minutes west of Decatur, making commuting convenient for professionals located throughout the greater Atlanta metro region.
